How you will create an impact:
• Draw on your experience to lead multiple high-impact projects that focus on helping our clients sustainably grow their top line
• Apply your problem-solving and strategic thinking skills to develop marketing, sales, and pricing strategies in the digital, technology, and data space

About you:
• Excited to apply your theoretical knowledge from your studies in management, engineering, economics, or a comparable field (Master’s degree required)
• Looking forward to building on your two to four years in post-graduate school, line management, or consulting experience
• Enthusiastic about the industrials sector, i.e., manufacturing industry, business services, construction sector, start up mind thinking
• Interested in applying your strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, which you’ll use to identify value drivers and frameworks for analysis
• Certain of your ability to track multiple deliverables and priorities, and seamlessly shift gears to address new developments and issues as they emerge
• Eager to demonstrate your expert communication and presentation skills. As a project leader or principal, you must synthesize your team’s work into recommendations for oral and written presentations to client management
• Confident in your ability to manage client engagements, client relationships, provide thought leadership to teams, and take full responsibility for the quality of output and outcome of engagements
• You are fluent in German (MUST) and English
