Mark-Oliver Baumgarten

Biography

Mark has been a business lawyer in Zurich since 1996, held positions as a partner of a law firm (head of the banking department) and had various executive management and board roles ranging from agriculture, manufacturing to finance.
He holds a doctorate in law (University of Basel) and an LL.M. (Penn Carey Law School) and is admitted to the bar.

He has also been acting as lecturer for business law and compliance at the ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences. Mark supports the Arclif Group as Senior Advisory BoardMember regarding legal, compliance and risk matters.
