Arclif Group AG, Zug, Switzerland is going to file a $88 million lawsuit against 3 former Board members of Wearable4you AG, Zug Switzerland

Wearable4you AG was at the center of action taken by three former Board Members and one external consultant who further intended to perpetrate a fraud on Swiss authorities so that Wearable4you AG could become subject to insolvency proceedings.

Arclif Group and its Board Members will take legal action against all involved persons after extensive investigations and major evidence identified, in Europe and the United States of America.

A major prominent investment house from New York was in final discussions with Arclif Board members in 2021 and ready to invest $250 million in funding into the high-tech company Wearable4you AG, Zug, Switzerland.

Barton LLP, the international law firm from New York and four Swiss and German law firms have been mandated to follow up on this case.
