Christina Örklid joins Arclif Group as Director Special Projects M&A

Arclif Ventures is excited to welcome Christina Örklid as its Director Special Projects M&A.

In this role, she will collaborate closely with Arclif Ventures executives to manage projects that are off our beaten tracks in support of the company’s strategic growth goals while overseeing an international team comprised of brand, creative, marketing, events, thought leadership, and communications professionals. 

Christina holds a degree in business management and can speak multiple languages. She joined Arclif Advisors back in 2023 as Junior Consultant M&A and later as Senior Manager Marketing. Due to her outstanding communication skills and her extensive experience in managing challenging projects, she is perfectly suited to support our international teams.

Vladimir bagazov joins Arclif Group as senior advisor to the Board

Arclif Ventures is delighted to announce that Vladimir Bagazov is joining the board as a Senior Advisor to the board!

Vladimir Bagazov is a passionate lead Software Architect at Securecell AG, based in Urdorf, Switzerland. With over 20 years of software development and 10 years of expertise in the software industry, Vladimir excels in designing and developing scalable solutions. His technical expertise encompasses mobile software development (Android/iOS native development), system architecture and integration, and cloud-based solutions.
 

Vladimir has achieved recognition in multiple hackathons and has contributed to patented innovations. Prior to his role at Securecell AG in the biotechnology industry, he led the software architecture of medical devices’ mobile platforms at Sonova Group, developed 3D scanning products at INFORMATIQUE ASR, and contributed to 3D software development for Catia/SolidWorks at Dassault Systèmes. His versatility in software engineering and project management is well demonstrated through his career.

Andrew David Petronanos joins swiss Arclif Ventures as Board Senior Advisor

Andrew David Petronanos is the Chief Executive Officer of Dascoli Pharma AG.
He previously worked at Alpha Three Invest as an Investor Relations and founded the consulting and investment advisory firm FINELEAF.

Andrew attended attended CISI, Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and completed his degree in Marine engineering from Carnegie Polytechnic in Scotland. 

Andrew David Petronanos supports the Arclif Group activities on a global scale and is responsible for strategic advice in special projects.
