As a former member of the committee of ‘100 Women in Finance,’ Ella has demonstrated her commitment to promoting and empowering women in the financial sector. Her contributions and insights have been invaluable in fostering diversity and inclusivity within the industry.

With over 20 years of experience, Ella has established herself as a versatile professional capable of bridging the gap between IT solutions and business requirements. Her diverse roles, including derivative trader, internal auditor, business analyst, project manager, and advisor, have equipped her with a holistic perspective and a keen understanding of various facets of organizational operations.

Currently, Ella serves as a senior advisor to the board of Arclif Ventures, where she plays a pivotal role in identifying unique startups and exceptional companies that possess strong potential for rapid scalability.
